Actually, The title Revenge of the Jedi was dropped because at the same time, Star Trek II was sending our press junkits using the title "The Revenge of Kahn". Feeling that may cause star wars fans to became confused, they changed the title not realizing that star trek produced realized the same problem would arise with star trek fans and already changed thier film's name to Wrath of Kahn.
