There are some scams floating around which talk about this court case and then direct you to a page that is not paypal. Its hard for most people to tell the difference between a good or bad link. I NEVER clik a link I get in email from somewhere like my ISP or Bank or anywhere I have an account. I go manually to the site and search for what I want.
As far as the PayPal thing I dont plan to ask them for any money. Its been a good service for me.
