Yep, the Primitive one has a new addiction: Playing Poker on the net.
Tried it first a few months ago, and now I'm hooked (In a good way
). It seems Internet Poker gives me the chance to utilizes a lot of the skills honed by playing SEIV/PBW for a couple of years: Attention to detail, patience and the ability to outguess your opponent.
Still early days and I got a lot to learn but I’m doing OK so far. Still only on the 0.50/1 $ tables (better do my mistakes where its cheap) but I’m steadily building the bankroll to move up. Dunno how far I can take this, but I’m going to give it my best shot. Wish me luck
BTW:
This new addiction cuts down on my available SEIV time, and is the reason I won't join the tournament (or any other new games for a while). My ongoing games will be done at the normal rate
