Does anyone know if it will be possible to create a race which will not/cannot conduct any form of diplomacy, trade, etc., with the other races?
I am just wondering if it will be possible to model a race similar to the Tyranids (Warhammer 40K), Borg, or some other ever-expanding, ever-consuming, extra-galactic threat.
Also, does anyone know if it will be possible to create a scenario in which certain races are more friendly or hostile to other specific races (similar to Birth of the Federation's handling of initial race relations)?
