like the title says, or something like that

the basic idea is:
-a lot of them, high reproduction maybe
-can build only small ships, so you're forced to build a lot of them, just like lemmings
-easy to kill/hit, just like lemmings, giving them defense penalty perhaps
-lemmings are small, so they can hide in enemy territory quite easily, so they can spy on them, a bonus to intel
-that's is all i can think of right now
