Facilities and components which add %
Do the facilities and components which add a percentile to production, research, to hit, etc. combine with each other if you have more than one? For example, a Robotoid Factory III will increase resource production by 30%. Will two of these add together for 60%? Same with something like a battle scanner, which gives you an increase in the to hit %, will multiples of these add together? You can build more than one of these, but I'd like to know if it's worth it.
