How about some smart bombs against
defenders.
Make them expansive (like todays precision
guided munitions vs iron bombs), but will only target military targets(maybe different
for various targets like wp/shield gens./units), one shot only in combat.
militia will stay, no colleteral damage to
pop./facilities./only to mount on ships or !!
fighters. this way will then only be used against high value targets or with elite units. or as a troop with commando training before general combat is resolved.
is this a useful idea ?? and implentable ??
any comments.... ?
