Greetings.

Happily building Battlestations in anticipation of the X'Ching's eventual assault (damn they spread like a disease!), and I thought, "hey, better build those Crystalline Restructuring Plants to ease the cost of maintaining those suckers". No such luck. That facility is described as reducing the maintanence cost of all vehicles in the system. When I design stations, they are built as vehicles, so they should benefit, yes/no? In fact, that is really the best reason to take up a valuable facility spot with that technology, since most fleets don't stay in one place too long. Intentional, or bug?
