Sergetti actually have a weakness that makes them very vulnerable to some races, and the weakness is their own weapon - PPB. Since there is increasing number of AI races that use PPB I seriously consider making them research armor early just like other races do. That is probably the reason that they have dropped in score - combat losses (and Rage or Toron are most likely responsible for it
).
