i've begun retreating all my ships to my home system, am also scrapping any of the old facilities on the normal planets and building resource storage on all of them, and some intel of course.

i'm still leaving the fighters and satellites intact at the front, so they can buy me some time, the praetorian empire is getting smarter/stronger however.

I've got 80 fighters on a warp point, they can destroy an enemy dreadnought in one turn, but since the dreadnought has two PD I lose two fighter every time he sends one through the warp point. But the Last couple of turns he kept sending 2 or 3 at a time taking out at least 8 fighters for two dreadnoughts, so i'll start losing my first planets pretty soon.

i'm still setting up defenses in my home system, weapons platform mostly. i don't think i'll things away, well maybe if the AI takes too long to get close to me, he has to cross at least 3 systems.

and i tried switching to a smaller empire, but then i'll have to reorganize everything and i think that takes too much time.

i also noticed a little imbalance maybe.
2nd position has 850k points
3rd posotion has 700k points
4th position has 650K points
5th position has 450K points

both number 2 and 3 have a psychich trait number 4 are the terrans and as you know they are missile-happy-fighter-loving people
all of the other players use beam weapons and torpedo's, quite a big difference if you ask me...
