I haven't noticed any bonuses as far as production, SY rate, reproduction, combat, etc., even when a slight bug in one of the beta Versions gave me maximum experience (2 million). Maybe a score bonus, but I don't exactly know how the scores are calculated...
Highest experience I ever got excepting that small bug up there was about 75k experience... long way to go to 2 million
