Actually, it wasn't that "they don't have time to fix the problem", they were closed...and not just the shipping department as their website stated that day. Had that been more apparent, I wouldn't have gone for the second download.
However, I would like to say that they refunded the money for the second game and reset the download for the first copy (and very nicely, I might add, considering what a b*tch I was). I also received a nice e-mail from Aaron Hall in sympathy.
In searching the forums, I'm not the first one who's had this problem...for anyone else with a similar issue, if you have a partial download on your desktop (or wherever you are saving your file) make sure you DELETE it before you try to download again.
