I did post this somewheres earlier on, but the crew quaters have a built in defence of 80% of boarding party 1.

So in trooper count, each crew quarter holds 16, but in the text files, it would have a defence of 4.

There is no mention of this fact anywhere in the game, but it is there nonetheless.
