Yup, it's quite stupid. Just as stupid as Amonkrie still being hostile after you saved their asses from the Sithrak.
Not that it really matters. As soon as you've got any battleship or carrier, Amonkrie, Fazrah and pirates can't touch you anymore, since they only have cruisers.
