We had a topic just like this not very long ago. I suppose Favorites can change, though.
I still like the Abbidon ships for their better firing arc coverage than the Terrans. The Abbidon Cruiser 2 is about the same as a Terran cruiser for coverage, but
much larger. I think it's the largest 'cruiser' in the game. So while it doesn't have the weapon points of a battleship it's nearly as large and can carry lots of gear.
