There is. Watch you mini-map (as long as its not set to whole system - use the R key and set it to 300ls - I don't have mine set to anything else).
If the station is friendly (or any ship for that matter) it appears as a blue triangle, if hostile it turns red.
The interesting point is that there are no neutrals - which should appear in green.
