thats not easily doable, in the demo at least :
the easy parts :
1) replace the colored pixel band in the upper left corner by a black band
2) replace #title by dom2title
3) add
#defaultmapzoom 2.5
be sure that the map is not scripted, as many commands are not supported (#additem eg).
the killing part :
4) find manually all neighbors of all provinces, and script them.
the random map generator (of Keldon) on the other hand generate all neighbors command, so a RMG'ed map should works fine. Take a look at Gandalf's site.
