step by step procedure to name your god as his prophet:
1- select all commanders of the province
2- click on the first one (not the god), order become prophet
3- notice that your god is ordered to be his own prophet
4 - deselect everybody but the god
Proceed to the next turn, and enjoy (x4 max HP).
Ought to be fixed, IMHO
