even if you are the Last person joining, please do NOT press start game. For some reason when it gets done by anyone but me, i end up with all sorts of untellable problems that we would rather avoid.

There is a switch --noclientstart that prohibits players from starting the game.

There will be trouble if anyone else starts the game and you haven't specified the map file, game name and game settings with some other switches.
