Anyone know if the problem cleared up with 3.10? Sorry, if this has already been answered. I just got back from the mall today and couldn't find the game after being hyped from the CGW review this month. I came across this thread somehow searching for info on retail outlets to find this game. Got a little concerned when I saw this thread, because I own a 9800 AIW.

BTW, I consider myself to be fairly current on almost all major releases, and Subscribe to 3 different PC game mags, and 3 Online mags with daily updates and have never heard of this game before this months CGW came in. Can't wait to get my hands on a copy!
