Sorry. The 5-mile radius thing was just a colloquialism for 'a lot of space'. The in game effects are apparently your entire dominion.

Sweet. I can see the people going Astral 9 for Bless, then empower up to 10 and cast this spell. Any mage with Astral in your Dominion gets mind fried.
