I thought that was going to be fixed (finally!) in the upcoming patch?

Immobile pretenders (aka "Rocks") are nearly indestructible, have very strong magic and dominion strength for their point cost. Not being able to move is the only downside they have - if that loophole isn't closed, they're too strong.
