It doesnt get the highest marks. The game is created by a couple of programmers who do great work at it (programming the game that is).
However the player base makes a strong effort to fix the docs. There are user created walk thrus, and unit lists, and of course if you read thru some of the stuff on this forum you will see that everything gets pretty well covered.
Once you play abit I think you will see that iis about impossible to write complete documentation for THIS game.
