Uhu? This is not true: I attacked an army of yours the turn before. The turn you claim to have issued no orders I just left the province, something that you would not have been able to avoid with or without orders anyway.

You make it sound as if I took advantage of your stalling to launch an offensive uncontested, which is just not true. I did not touch you at all.
