I hope it's not a Geforce 4 "MX" card , other than that I have the same setup as you: P 2.26ghz Geforce 4 Ti 4600/128mg XP with 768 DDR Ram and a SoundbLaster Audigy sound card. It works VERY smoothly at the highest settings . To me it sounds like A) you have an "MX" card...bad, or B) the soundcard?
