Have you considered making the Borg a Temporal or Organic race? I have been working on a Version using Organic technology (like the regenerative armour) which seems promising. Am still playing with Research file.
Am reviewing your Last update to see how well I can common up the files so that my Organic variant can be used without anyone having to switch too many files.
