How long (months) is dominions 2 for sale? There was a public beta test? Is there any hope of the producers made a "making of" with details about problems like balance, the most difficult thing to implement, how long took to find a good publisher and in the end say what they think they did right and things that they should have avoided (something like the post mortem in the gamespy diaries)?

I am really curious about the production of this game
