There's a French store called Store4war (www.store4war.com) that, in this French gaming mag, advertises Dom2 at 49 Euros, with 8 Euros for shipping inside Europe.

I don't know if it's faster/cheaper than ordering elsewhere, but the Euro is significantly cheaper than the US$ at the moment.
