Noted down the items on your list that lacks ID number. Seems I have a tendency to write "Shortbow" rather than "Short Bow".
Updating my list so more names correspond to your list. Hopefully someone will make an chart out of all this for easier reference.
Will make an easy game dedicated to crafting items and tagging them later today.
