Yes, I'm still updating it... sadly I've just been hit with a bout of RealLife(tm)
and have stalled over the past few days. I would like to have the NQR finished by this weekend.
The main problem I'm facing is one of data gathering. I need to fill in the blanks of my Last Version (mainly the data of how the themes differ from their main race). But that requires alot of research=time, and time is somthign that's been hard to come by these Last few days.
