Just a FYI about Provincial Defense is the AI thinks in terms of 10's in determining how many units are there. So if you have between 1-10 Provincial Defense it thinks you have 10 Units there, 11-20 = 20, 21-30 = 30, 31-40 =40 etc.
Try not to abuse it too bad

Oh! I already knew 21 was a very good number (you get your unit and a second commander at that number). Now I know it's even better !! |
