Curse is one of the Super-Combatant counterbalances. It's best to avoid it if you can, and to not take Lizard provinces with SC's

Curse is IMO fairly balanced. Perhaps there should be a way to get rid of it, but as of right now, the Coronas are telling me it's just fine.
