1. Assume that the mutiny was caused by a new computer program sent to the sent instead of the proproganda leaflets that livings crews get as junk mail

2. Are you trying to upgrade the shipyard or build a new one. You can only have one shipyard on a planet so you need to upgrade it (at 1/2 cost) to get the III or scrap and rebuild it (like you have to do to upgrade to a Temporal spaceyard)

3. AI gets better with each release but if you know how it works it can be easily overcome. You might want to tryout some of the Modded AIs available here.

4. I don't know on this one but anger amounts have been tweaked some I think.

5. Fighters have change some and I think that are stronger now by being harder to hit.


Other stuff

6. Emergency build is now very different and more diffucult to use.
