My concern was that the way that the two effects stacked seemed to be additive.
I.e. - from your own example :
With a 50 hp prophet, an 80% dominion penalty would reduce their hp to 10, and a 20% never healing wound would reduce that by another 10 to 0 ( or 1 with the mechanism you described above ).
On the other hand, a 40hp prophet with an 80% dominion penalty would have their hp reduced to 8.
Logically the never healing wound should reduce their *current* maximum hp by 20% rather than their *base* maximum hp, then both examples would end up at 8hp.
