There is not currently one. It's one of the wishlist items and from discussion from IW that something regarding it will be implemented? At least with the archer portion, though not specifically with being mounted and having high movement (running and shooting). As of right now, mounted archers are just fast moving archers so if you need to move long distances to reinforce, they can be used if you can't wait for foot armies.
