Fixing all issues will certianly solve all problems.
Incorrect. Fixing issues always introduces new problems. The only thing you can be sure of, when you have fixed n bugs (n >= 1) is that you have introduced at least one new bug. Likewise, fixing n balance issues always introduces at least one new balance issue. At least it often feels like that. 
That does not mean that I would not like to see the Moloch rescued from the Whimpy Imps Inc., of course.
