That explains it. Shrouds and Horror helms being S1 and D1, respectively.
Heck, for the 80E cost, I'd've been happy with just the 50% gem cost reduction across the board that it gives you.
We really, really need the spells equivalent of your excellent magic item document! And while I'm being greedy, one for critters too ...  |
