Ah, that's unfortunate about not being able to set the leadership yet. I tried 'renovating' existing leaders instead, but many of them have abilities and such that you can't get rid of. Oh well, hopefully it'll be possible in the next patch.
Here's a preview of the mod I was working on... But I have a feeling that the Pictsies from the Discworld books might be a bit too obscure of a referance for most people to reconize.
Notice the pipers in the bottom right. They're who I wanted to give the kick ability to, but I guess they'll have to make due with headbutting for now.
(They are standard bearers that also cause fear, if you're wondering)
