I know upkeep is determined by 15gold divided by the cost and blessed units are 30gold divided by the cost... but:

1) If a normal unit costs 40 gold... what is the upkeep??
a) upkeeps rounds downward
b) upkeeps rounds upward
c) upkeep is placed as a fraction (example=2.6)

I know Global Enchantments can be dispelled by casting dispell, another enchantment being casted or if the caster is killed.... but:

2) If another Global Enchantment when the maximum number of global enchantments exist how does it determine to cancel an existing enchantment??

I've seen Arcane Nexus fail... even when the other global enchantments were all mid level spells.
