Due to a problem with the hosting provider for the old domain I was using ("BL23c.com"), that domain is dead (and has been dead since THU 10 Jun 04).
I have created a replacement domain to host my site, "www.dominions-2.org". I apologize to everyone for any inconvenience my site's unavailability may have caused.
PS - I spent $100 today (twice what I paid for Dom 2) to host my site, in case anyone's curious as to what lengths some of us hard-core fans will go to ...
