My copy should be arriving tommorow afternoon, so I want to gather everything so I am set to play tommmorow. However, what do I need?

1) What patch do I want? I see there is 2.08, but I saw somewhere else that it is broken and 2.06 is a better plan.

2) I have seen screens of some flag mod, that looks nice, where do I get that? Are there other mods I could get? Maybe something that has a small icon in provinces that have armies to indicate what is there (instead of the boxes under the flags).

3) I saw a link to a random map generator, but I could not get it to download. I would like to have random maps to play if the generator is cool.

4) Anything else?
