I did know those facts (but thanks for the responses).
I think I scouted at least 2 of those provinces (2 seperate scouts). I am also getting reports from other provinces of 20-40 troops.
Maybe I'll get some more facts tonight and post them. I was just surprised even if those reports are doubled at how quickly he was able to gather such large forces.
