Nope, no new pretenders. It's possible to mod existing ones though, like in my Hoburg Alliance Special Edition mod, where the Master Alchemist is replaced by the Great Rainmaker, a hoburg riding a hawk. Design point cost can't be changed though, so that limits things quite a bit.
