Coming from a Stars! background i'm quite surprised that there don't appear to be any host/player matching services.
Stars! had loads well at least 3
Which would basically be web pages, listing the hosts name, his game, with settings, and whether it was full or still accepting places.
The logical place for this would be DominionsX.
Only wish I could do it, but my web design is rubbish
