That's not a part of Torvak's map. The Torvakian world map is simply a .tga that is compatible with all .maps based on Illwinter's original World map. It simply replaces the more bloated and ugly one. Making it say a different name is a function of editting the .map file, and has nothing to do with what Torvak is doing.
