[Vesuvius]

Ok, I've only played about 5 hours total but feel like I'm missing something.

I've researched mine warheads but cannot figure out how to create a minelayer and actually lay mines.

I can't seem to get the mine warheads to show up as a valid addition to any ship designs i try to create.

Could someone help me out and walk me through this? Am I missing a tech or is it just something silly?
