I have uploaded the replacement .map file and provided a direct link to it on the page so folks do not need to re-d/l the entire huge archive. The updated archive itself (including Phil's .map) will be ready for d/l in about 45 minutes.
The link doesn't work (for me at least..), it throws you back at the top of the page only...
