I think even that Last remark doesn't weaken your argument. IMV Temples also represents the local clergy, who helps your preachers to fulfill their mission (gathering fidels for the ceremonies, etc.). I think preaching should always be done outdoors, and blood sacrifices indoors. After all, you can preach outside a castle you besiege, and can't perform sacrifices in the same situation.
