I don't know yet PDF (somehow I knew you would be the first to make the inevitable comment).
Dominions 2 haven't been around long enough to be a contender for that the title. Perhaps one could call it a Pretender?
People are still feeling very strongly about MoM. And a sequel would surely draw quite a crowd.
But it's just my personal opinion of course. It's rather like discussing whom the best fantasy writer is.
