With no history their is no way of telling
I do know that the white arrow showed when I initiated the order - which would show they were able to make the trip.
In the Messages I had a message then saying the armies were hungry in the problem area so I wondered if that had caused them not to make the move. If that is not the case then I must have cancelled the move
I'll be more careful next time.
